These terms and conditions govern your use of the Elite Grout Restoration website and your engagement with our services. By using our website or scheduling a service with us, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain language because we believe clarity is better than fine print.

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Elite Grout Chattanooga LLC through our website, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to team@elitegroutchattanoogallc.nebulabrandgroup.com or call (303) 886-1860 during business hours.

4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Our Services

Elite Grout Restoration provides professional grout cleaning, epoxy color sealing, grout repair, caulking repair, shower restoration, and natural stone sealing services to residential and commercial properties in the Nashville, Tennessee metro area.

All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. The specific scope of work for each job is agreed upon between Elite Grout Restoration and the customer prior to any work beginning, either through a written estimate or verbal confirmation during the on-site inspection.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Elite Grout Restoration are free and carry no obligation to proceed. Estimates are based on a physical on-site inspection of the surfaces to be treated.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may change after this period due to changes in material costs or the condition of the surfaces being treated.

Final pricing reflects the scope of work agreed upon at the time of the estimate. If additional work is identified during a job that falls outside the original agreed scope, we discuss this with you before proceeding and provide a revised price. We do not perform additional work without your approval.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer that time to other customers and ensures our technicians are deployed efficiently.

Repeated cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement for a deposit to secure future appointments at our discretion.

If we need to reschedule your appointment due to circumstances on our end, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available time that works for you.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible results from our service, we ask that customers:

Provide clear access to all surfaces being treated. Furniture, rugs, and personal items should be removed from the treatment area before our technicians arrive. We are happy to move small items but are not responsible for damage to furniture or belongings that were not removed prior to our arrival.

Ensure the treatment area is accessible. Our technicians need unobstructed access to the full surface area agreed upon in the estimate. Jobs that cannot be completed due to access issues on the day of service may be subject to a trip fee.

Follow all aftercare instructions. We provide written aftercare instructions before we leave every job. Following these instructions, including the 48-hour cure time for epoxy color sealing, is a condition of warranty coverage. Failure to follow aftercare instructions, including the use of acid-based cleaning products on sealed surfaces, may void warranty coverage on affected areas.

Disclose known issues prior to the appointment. If you are aware of existing damage, water infiltration, loose tiles, or prior repair work on the surfaces to be treated, please inform us before or during the on-site inspection. Disclosure of known issues allows us to assess the full scope of work accurately and ensures our estimate reflects the actual condition of the surfaces.

Our Warranty

Our 5-year transferable warranty covers cracking, staining, and peeling of the epoxy color sealer applied to grout lines following our professional grout cleaning service. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the appointment. We accept all major payment methods. Specific payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee. Elite Grout Restoration reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Grout Restoration carries full liability insurance covering our work and our technicians. In the event of damage caused directly by our technicians during the course of a job, we take responsibility and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the original service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden damage discovered during the service, or damage caused by conditions outside our control including structural movement, water infiltration from external sources, or failure of materials not installed by Elite Grout Restoration.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or our website.

Photographs and Marketing

We photograph our work before and after every job for quality assurance and marketing purposes. These photographs may be used on our website, social media accounts, and in advertising materials.

Photographs used for marketing purposes do not include identifying information such as street addresses or personal belongings. If you prefer that we do not use photographs from your job in our marketing, please inform us before or during your appointment and we will honor that request.
