Every epoxy color sealing job we complete is covered against major product failure for 5 full years:
Cracking — If the epoxy sealer cracks under normal use, we fix it.
Staining — If staining penetrates through the epoxy barrier under normal use, we fix it.
Peeling — If the epoxy sealer lifts or separates from the grout surface under normal use, we fix it.
Most home service warranties disappear the moment you sell your home. Ours doesn't.
If you sell your house in year two of a five-year warranty, the buyer gets the remaining three years of coverage automatically. No extra cost. No paperwork beyond handing them the warranty document we gave you.

We want to be upfront about what falls outside our coverage so there are no surprises.
Acid-based cleaners. Products containing vinegar, bleach, citric acid, or most standard bathroom spray cleaners will degrade the epoxy sealer over time. We give you our recommendation of pH-neutral products before we leave every job. Stick to those and your surfaces stay protected.
Physical damage. If the sealer cracks because something heavy was dropped on it or a sharp tool was dragged across it, that falls outside our warranty. Our epoxy is tough, but it isn't immune to impact damage.
Substrate failure. Our warranty covers the sealer we apply. If cracking is caused by the tile, subfloor, or structure underneath moving or failing, that's a separate issue we'd be happy to assess but it falls outside what our warranty covers.
We offer a transferable warranty because we're confident enough in what we do to stand behind it for five years, regardless of who owns the home.
Standard grout sealers last one to two years at best. Offering a multi-year warranty on a product that degrades in twelve months isn't something our competitors can do. Our epoxy process bonds at a level that makes a five-year guarantee not just possible, but the right thing to offer.
